Yellow Door US LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to provide you with the best possible service and to keep you informed about new products and offers that we think you will find valuable. All our e-newsletters include an ‘unsubscribe’ option, so if you would rather not receive this information, please follow the instructions on the bottom of any e-newsletter you receive.

We do not store or process any of your financial data. All financial data is processed securely by Authorize.net and/or PayPal.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Yellow Door US LLC. If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

We store and use your data on the basis of legitimate interest. This enables us to fulfil your orders and send you relevant information about our Goods and Services. Please see our full privacy policy.

When you download our apps, we may collect information about the type of device you are using, a device ID or IP address, and personal information you provide (for example your email address) in order to access the app. None of the data we collect when you download an app is stored within the app or shared with any third parties. Our apps do not include any third-party analytics or third-party advertising.

What Happens if We Transfer this Agreement to Another Party

We may transfer (assign) our obligations and rights under these Terms of Use to a third party (this may happen, for example, if we sell our business). If this occurs, we will inform you in writing. Your rights under these Terms of Use will not be affected and our obligations under these Terms of Use will be transferred to the third party who will remain bound by them.

These terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Yellow Door US LLC or its affiliates shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

International customers are responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and notifying us at the time of order any requirements requiring action by us.
